This beautiful home in Venice sold for $1,800,000 and features 3 Beds / 2 Baths, including a stunning master suite in its 1,600sf of living space! It's all about the indoor outdoor flow with private outdoor entertaining spaces in both the front and back of the house!
Don't forget to check out the house and then the video below!
The entire house is surrounded with this beautiful narrow horizontal plank pine fence. The natural finish of the wood with the modern stacking of the narrow planks create the perfect balance and sum's up the overall vibe of the home. Here in the front yard we constructed a new doug fir deck, used decomposed granite as our hardscape for that sandy look, and added a set of french doors so the interior living room could really flow to the outside. This 6' high fence with a gate is the perfect was to enter this bungalow oasis!
Entering into the open concept living/dining space where the ceilings were vaulted throughout to create a lofty feel adding expanse to the space. With it's Wester exposure the space is drenched with light and gets beautiful sea breezes through the french doors.
View though the french doors out to the front deck and yard, this house is the PERFECT party spot!
I absolutely love this minimal dining area - perfect for hosting a lovely dinner party for 6 to 8 people, if you're not dining al-fresco that is. As for the artwork I created a custom painting for the home, maybe one of my favorite pieces I've done to date!
An entertainers dream, the living space opens on to the stunning kitchen, which you will not want to miss below...
Custom white oak cabinets and the luxe Pietro Grigio counters create the perfect balance of wood and stone, blending natural elements with a modern twist! Outfitted with a panel ready refrigerator and dishwasher, and Thor range this kitchen is not only a showpiece, but a chefs dream!
The custom designed island features open shelving to allow for more of an open feel, yet allowing for a larger counter space. The floor to ceiling cabinetry provides ample storage and allows for the other walls of the kitchen to remain open and clutter free!
The integrated range hood perfectly accents the vault of the ceiling while the matte porcelain countertops run up the wall and overhang creating a custom ledge above the range, the perfect focal point!
As you can see the home truly allows the breezes to flow through as this corridor leading from the living to the sleeping spaces and out though the bi-fold doors to the back yard!
The first guest bedroom, both of which feature vaulted ceilings and custom white oak closet doors, features my new favorite staging element, the decorative fishnet - you've seen it hung uniquely in 2 homes so far, but many more to come!
I will always love a caned chair, and this specific one at that! The perfect accent piece to complete this Coastal Cool bedroom!
The wood floors continue into the guest bathroom creating a more expansive feel while the matte black console sink adds some modern contrast. The woven jute pendant, and wood mirror totally balance the space!
The second spacious guest bedrooms with the vaulted ceilings which create the feeling of an even larger space!
Natural wood doors were used throughout the home, and custom shelving niches were constructed to give the hallway life! Note - the ACME real estate bag, our swag perfectly fits the vibe!
The master suite can be found at the end of the hall with custom 12' Bi-Fold doors opening onto yet another newly constructed deck. With vaulted ceilings and its expansive space this master oasis offers more than enough space for sleeping and lounging.
Things don't always need to be symmetrical! Absolutely loving how Eden of Odin + Friday (my wonderful stager I like to collab with on all of my projects) hung these antlers to overlap the window!
This master bathroom is definitely one of my favorite to date. The wet room style bath has silky smooth stucco walls, a 70" soaking tub, custom vanity, and four foot skylight!
I designed this double vanity with style in mind, the white oak top waterfalls down on either side to create a modern yet organic look. The hammered ceramic matte black console sinks and wall mounted faucets add the perfect contrast, while the wove pendants bring it back down to earth.
Another angle of the tub, because I'm not a bath person, but hey I might actually take a bath in here!
The back yard offers ample space for those midnight puppy emergencies (there is a huge park right across the street!) and the deck is the perfect space for dining or lounging under there tree. The 12 foot bi-fold doors opening up to the master truly create a private master oasis! After all, you can entertain in the front yard as well!
Your totally enclosed chic Venice Beach Bungalow is just waiting for you to call its own!
